Hazrat Syed Muhammad Ameen Mian Qadri Barkaati (Damat Barkatuhum Aaliya) is the Chief Patron of MSO of India
He is a distinguished Sajjada Nashin (spiritual head) of the historic Khanqah-e-Barkatiya at Marehra Shareef, a renowned center of the Qadri Sufi order in India.
As Sajjada Nashin of Khanqah-e-Barkatiya, Ameen Mian Qadri continues to guide millions of followers on the path of spirituality, emphasizing values such as peace, love, devotion to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and service to humanity. His spiritual network extends across India and abroad, with a large number of followers associated with the Barkatiya order.
Global Recognition
In recognition of his influence and contributions, Ameen Mian Qadri has been listed among the “500 Most Influential Muslims in the World” by the Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Centre in collaboration with the Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding at Georgetown University, Washington DC. He was notably ranked 44th and recognized as one of the most influential Muslim figures from India on the global stage.
Public Leadership and Influence
On 6 August 2006, the English daily Hindustan Times described him as a leading figure of the “Ahle Sunnat” in India. Over the years, he has presided over numerous large religious and social gatherings, both within India and internationally, addressing issues of faith, unity, and social harmony.
Ameen Mian Qadri has made remarkable contributions to the Educational upliftment of Muslims in India. He established a network of institutions under the banner of “Al-Barkaat”, aimed at providing modern and value-based education.
